LAGOON VIEW | CHEAPEST UNIT | FURNISHED

Great building, very good management. The finish and quality is some to some of the highest standards I've seen in the county. The only issue is the area lagoon etc. has taken a long time to develop. Community is very nice, and once its completed I can imagine it will be wonderful. There is also community mall in progress that should be done next year

The flats at Sobha Hartland Greens are very good, spacious and high finishes Unfortunately the community has been under construction ever since. One building finishes and they start another next door All buildings under construction are 30+ stories and the community has no structure to support. Noise is 24x7 Parking is an absolute nightmare Roads are a disaster. They recently closed the only access from Nad al Sheba and residents have to drive long way to Ras al Khor roundabout to access the community The other access ( Al Khail rd) is very busy due to 2 schools and parents trying to pick up their kids

As with most Sobha properties, the quality is really good, the area itself has a lot of construction going on but you canu2019t hear it from the apartment because of the sound-proofing. nnSobha waves was really nice, only downside is the apartments are very small - especially for a 2 bed.
