Don't be fooled by the name Serenia or the wow pool. You will get little sleep or comfort here with all of the noise issues. Look at the Google reviews (on Google Maps app) and search by lowest review. Unbearable noise is a common complaint amongst others. Yet another unit is having the residents moving out due to the issues here so we have received another dreaded "unit works email". The occupancy turnover is very high so the residents who live here are living among stressful Jack hammering and banging which causes months of mystery. One unit below us had unit works for 8 Months. The unit next to that got so irritated that they moved out last month and now that units landlord is hammering down walls and putting new floors because the standard of the tiles and fitting isn't to the standard of properties of this value. You are moving on to a development which is a perpetual neighbour rotation and with that comes industrial refit noise. Add that the walls are glass with the entire perimeter being sliding glass doors and it resuts in mold issues because there is little proper sealing and the air con with the hot air produces mold. The blocks facing the palm fronds have it worse because the sun is on that side from midday through until dusk and the air conditioning cannot cool the units. Security here are constantly adding new rules and with the usual no consistency with you being told that you cannot bring a guest to the pool if the security decide to enforce the "facilities are for residents use only". Sounds good on the face of it but then you see other residents parking on the road with their guests who clearly just picked up to use the pool and nobody says a word. Add the Airbnb guests who have rented an apartment for a few days and you start to see the issues here. To summarise: this development looks good from far but its littered with issues that will have you soon regretting moving in and you'll know them within a week of moving here. When you view the development make sure you note the hotel delivery area which borders serenia next door. It is an hourly source of catering trucks beeping and running their refrigerated lorries queued up to get into the tight loading area so if you love the sound of generators running outside your expensive balcony and diesel then then this is definitely the place for you. Add that there is speed bump outside Serenia so all of the rented Lamborghini's use the road with their modified exhausts to race up and down revving the engines and dropping down the gear after to cause maximum noise

I lived in the Serenia for a while. It's beautiful as the pictures suggest. Unfortunately the trucks that service the Anantara next door completely ruin the ambience. The trucks come and go all day every day, and often sit there for around half an hour leaving their refrigerator units running the whole time. One leaves and another comes. It's basically unbearable as they sound like lawnmowers and is probably worse than living next to a main road. Such a shame for an otherwise great place to live.

One of the best residence I came across, hygienic place with beach and great maintenance. Lovely place to hang around. I could say it's a Paradise.
