ELEGANT 1 BEDROOM WITH PRIVATE GARDEN

Still a nice residential complex, in a great location with above average facilities, however, Tiara is definitely now in decline and starting to look and feel dated. Communal spaces, pool area, basement parking and gym in urgent need of investment. Visitor parking provision almost non existant with no option of available off street parking nearby. Pool area has become very crowded since the inclusion of Andaz hotel, resulting in a scarcity of sun loungers for residents.

The bedrooms in the 3 bed apartment are small but serviceable. The kitchen is also small with cheap cupboards and drawers that are not a standard depth. While there is a pool it is not heated and virtually unusable during the colder months (there is a heated spa). There is also a room for a gym but it is not set up - very disappointing! Other construction is going on all around the building so it is very dusty and a constant battle to keep floors and especially balconies clean. Guest parking on site is limited to 8 spaces and on the street is difficult to find. Maintenance is average but, as everything was built to a price not a standard, there is a lot that could be better. Positives: close to work and within budget.
