4BR + Maid | Private Pool | 2 Parking Spots

I have moved in 4 years ago and never regretted! It's a family friendly building with great location. Layout is perfect and the amenities are clean. If you prefer cozy and quiet living this is a perfect option. Especially Ground floor units with high ceilings are feeling like you live in the villa. Staff is friendly and helpful, always there to support you. Parking is easy as there are outside spots for guests as well as basement parking for residents. Surrounded with various parks, grocery stores and easy road access makes this complex very comfortable.

Great building however the upkeep of the building and maintenance has been declining over the years. But still one of the best properties in JVC and a great value for money

This building is constantly under construction except for Fridays there is everyday heavy construction noise and the building, the residential parking, the common areas are full of workers, even on a Friday. The smell in the building is accordingly and disgusting. Restrooms of the gym are constantly used by workers, security, etc regardless if the gym is used by residents. The pool has been most of the times not operational. Maintenance is always a team of more people than the apartment can take. The outcome is rather poor. Animals are allowed and also hearable at all times. Security is nowhere to be found during night. It's basically an open house. The only advantage of this building is the great location with immediate access to the big roads and Me'aisem City Center.
