Lovely building and finishing, on-demand free maintenance compensate for the enormously small size 1 bed flats, they are advertised as 800 SQFT, but more like 600 sqft and feel more like studios despite being listed as "huge" The gym isn't all that great, its quite small without much variety in equipment. The pool and view are great, however the pool is relatively smaller than your average Marina tower pool. There are larger 1 beds available but very few are available, around 10 in the whole tower I believe; however they are a lot more expensive than the smaller 1 beds, but a lot more spacious. PETS are not allowed, so if you're a cat/dog owner or even own a goldfish, this is apparently not allowed as per the contract. Security/staff are very friendly, the tower is super clean, they clean it almost on a daily basis, the garbage chute is sanitized daily, the tower is very well maintained, but be ready to live in a cubicle, if you're after location/metro/on-demand maintenance, this is a great choice, if you're looking for something spacious, this is definitely not for you; unless you go for the larger 1 beds which are a hard find due to the limited units available. Chiller is free and 4 cheques is great, the building is also 1 landlord, meaning you don't have to worry about dealing with unfair rental hikes or title deeds, or access card issues.

Great Tower, very well maintained with on-demand maintenance team every single day. Apartment sizes are very small, it's not actually 800 SQ FT for one beds, it's more like 650 if you deduct the balcony, closets, etc, its pretty tight for a 1 bed in the Marina, but the finishing compensates the small size and the location is fantastic.

Lovely building and very central. The only problem I have is the windows not being cleaned often enough.

Great location, great view. Traffic is better than you might think and the staff are very friendly. Overall a great place to live.

Dubai Marina is one of the best communities in Dubai

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

Dubai Marina delivers on its promise of a vibrant, walkable lifestyle. The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.
