It is a prestigious address for those prioritizing beach access and luxury, but day-to-day commuting and local congestion remain the biggest challenges for residents.

The ability to come home from a hard days work and be on the beach in less than 500 steps is simply amazing. Full access to Hotel amenities makes this place feel like a holiday home. Superb staff, very friendly. Quick response maintenance team. Worst feature is guest parking. This needs improvement.
