Best place in Dubai to live. Great view, bright apartments, friendly people, a lot of people really caring about their health and look. My daughter had 2 practices a day. She played tennis- I have watched from window. Very friendly atmosphere, pets and kids. Away from tourists crowds. Also absolutely huge Waitrose just 5 min cross the road. Really enjoy living there.

Dubai Sports City is a quiet and affordable residential community known for its sports facilities, green spaces, and family-friendly environment. It offers good value for money with easy access to major highways, though it’s a bit car-dependent with limited public transport.

A great place to live; however, it may experience some congestion during the morning hours due to having only two entry and exit points
