Visited for a weekend - genuinely stunning views and a nice boardwalk vibe, felt more like a destination than a typical residential area. Bridge access can back up during Marina events

Living on Bluewaters honestly feels like you're permanently on a luxury vacation, and being able to just walk across the pedestrian bridge to JBR in the winter is amazing. The apartments are gorgeous and having that kind of ocean view never gets old. The only real downside—aside from the crazy high rent—is dealing with the weekend bottlenecks on the bridge when everyone in Dubai decides they want to visit the island for dinner.
