Apartments for rent in Bluewaters

Your guide to Bluewaters apartments for rent

Bluewaters Island sits just off the Jumeirah Beach Residence coastline, connected to Sheikh Zayed Road by a purpose-built bridge. The island is best known for Ain Dubai, the world's largest observation wheel, and draws a mix of affluent professionals, couples, and high-net-worth families who want waterfront living without the congestion of the mainland. The residential offering is firmly in the luxury segment, and Bluewaters Dubai apartments are among the most premium in the city.

The community is pedestrian-friendly, has direct beach access, and puts dining and entertainment within walking distance. The tradeoff is that public spaces get busy on weekends and during tourist season, and daily living costs are higher than most Dubai neighbourhoods. For those who value exclusivity and convenience in equal measure, apartments in Bluewaters Dubai are a compelling option.
