Dirty, filthy, noisy, messy, no cleanliness, dust and work noise everywhere from dusk to past maghreb even more noise and work going on Fridays, no rules, no respect, no good security, reckless uncaring management. Residents cannot access lifts because workers use them all day and make them dirty and smelly. Common areas used for building storage and construction supplies making danger for small children. Water leaking and damaging everywhere from ceilings and walls. Pool is not useable because pool water it is so filthy. Not safe for children or older parents. No visitor parking to be availed. Parking rules are disobyed and outsiders illegal parking where they like with no rules or enforcement from building security or management. Me and many tenants vacated because of disgusting building conditions and no good caring managment or owners.

Nice building with big sizes of units and amazing view with amenities like gym, swimming pool, and play area for kids. The building has free maintenance services, 24/7 security, and professional housekeeping staffs.
