It includes three bedrooms: a master suite with a super king bed (200 x 200 cm) and two bedrooms with king-size beds (180 x 200 cm). Guests benefit from three full bathrooms plus a guest toilet.

Amenities include a large swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, free Wi-Fi, and direct beach access. A spa is available in the building (not included). Dubai International Airport is approximately 25 minutes away.

*Please note that nearby construction may occur. Demolition work is scheduled on upper floors from September 12, 2025, for approximately 10–15 weekdays, with noise limited to 11:00–16:00.

IMPORTANT:
* Per DTCM regulations, a copy of each guest’s passport is required before arrival. Without it, building reception may deny access, delaying check-in. This apartment is officially DTCM-registered.
* House Rules: Please respect neighbors, Dubai laws, and the apartment’s furnishings. No parties or events. Smoking is not allowed.
* Housekeeping Fees: 3 BR-AED 440/-net (upon check-out)
