JBR has many tall buildings and has famous restaurants and recreational hubs. Its always crowded as its a central hub and easy to commute to most of the company offices located in the close vicinity. Highly recommend for the people who love luxurious surrounding with view of water and beach nearby. You get to many places with metro and even within walking distance. Kids get to play in the parks and walking areas. As the buildings are tall and nearby, some of the buildings does not get ample sunlight, some apartments has good view from the balcony. Most of the apartments are big and most liked by families. Busy area and getting parking is difficult.

Both tram and metro stations are nearby and the walk, restaurants and gyms are around the marina are also quickly accessible. However, with the huge amount of tourist footfall in the area everyday, it gets quite crowded and busy during the night. Due to this, the walking accessibility of the area gets compromised duriny the night.
