Everything comes at a price, rent is high, groceries and everyday costs feel premium, and while it’s scenic and calm, it can feel a bit isolated compared to the more lively areas of the city. Ultimately, Palm Jumeirah is a place you live if you only prefer premium living, the one percent. Living in Palm Jumeirah offers a unique island lifestyle, but it comes with significant trade-offs in connectivity, which ranks lowest due to the lack of direct Metro access and a reliance on the Monorail and private cars. While the community is moderately family-friendly with decent greenery and walking paths near Al Ittihad Park, the experience is often dampened by high noise and heavy traffic levels. It is a prestigious address for those prioritizing beach access and luxury, but day-to-day commuting and local congestion remain the biggest challenges for residents.

I love unusual infrastructure of the whole palm , the main reason is the view! Sometomes there are trafic but its rare and not big deal! Perfect place

Nakheel needs to take better care of its peoperty. They turn off outside lights at midnight and it looks like a graveyard, even though we pay service charges. Also since the gym is included again in service charges it should have better opening hours for working people like me, I can never use it as it opens late and closes early.

If a speed camera could be added on the top of the bridge, just after the traffic lights outside Hatimi, this may stop the racing drivers who race off after the lights, often in the middle of the night causing much noise! However on a positive note, we have a fab view...but i wished Cabana was open for breakfast at weekends!
