You’re surrounded by some of the city’s most premium spots, from upscale restaurants to clubs, and being right next to Burj Khalifa honestly never gets old, it always has that awe factor no matter how many times you see it. With The Dubai Mall just there as well, everything feels very elevated and very convenient at the same time. There’s no shortage of lifestyle options either. Gyms, Pilates studios, yoga spaces, all very much on the fancier side, so if you’re into that kind of routine, it’s all right there and done well. That said, it definitely comes at a price. It’s an expensive area to live in, and that extends beyond just rent, even everyday things like groceries feel noticeably higher. It’s not somewhere you move to for value, it’s more about the experience and the lifestyle. Overall, if premium living is what you’re into, Downtown Dubai absolutely delivers. It offers a premium urban lifestyle with easy-access to the Burj Khailfa, Dubai Mall and a variety of restaurants & cafes. The area is vibrant and perfect for both families and professionals. The only downside is it gets busy with tourists, especially during weekends.

Staff are absolutely friendly and very helpful. Everything is quite great but I would highly suggest more A/C in the gym and curtains for duplexes as it's too high for us to add curtains on our own.

Improve guest parking. It is not convenient or appropriate for the size of building. Also why is there so much parking allocated to the commercial companies ?? Love my view - 05 unit

The building is to noisy with all the construction and traffic around the area, fire alarm goes on often where you have to evacuate. guest parking is a mess in the building.
