The location is great, near a lot of supermarkets and pharmacies less than 1 min, city center 10 min walking distance or 3 min by car. Schools are widely available 10-15 min. Active location. The building is well maintained by DAMAC, it have a fair play area with fantastic barbecue area, a very good swimming pool, play court, small play room for snooker and bing bong, fair size gem and a nice sauna. Traffic around that side is good in the morning, expect minor delay in afternoon around the main roundabout for 5-10 min max. Guest parking avaliable within the building on fees 5 DHS PER HOUR

Excellent location. City Centre shopping mall is 7 minutes walk away with Carrefour, shops and services. Downstairs there are various smaller supermarkets, barber shops, laundries and restaurants. There is a bus stop for the Mall of the Emirates. Excellent location. Gym, swimming pool and barbecue place in the adjacent building. Nice view of the lake from my room.

THE LOCATION OF THE BUILDING IS GOOD, THE SURROUNDING IS DEVELPOING FAST. THE ME"AISEM CITY CENTRE HAS BROUGHT A BIG RELIEF TO THE RESIDENTS IN THIS AREA. THERE IS NO SPACE FOR PEDESTRIAN WALKING, NOR THERE IS ANY SPEED LIMIT SPECIFIED FOR THE SPEEDING CARS, THERE IS NO PROPER PUBLIC PARKING, RTA DOES NOT PLAY ANY ROLE AND REPLIES THAT IT COMES UNDER IMPZ . THIS IS THE WORST SCENARIO FOR THE RESIDENTS. THE LAKE TOWERS HAVE GIVEN PARKING TO ALL ITS TENANTS INCLUDED IN THE RENT, WHERE AS IN LAGOVISTA THE AGENTS ARE MAKING MONEY BY CHARGING THE TENANTS EXHORBITANT PARKING RENTS. PREVIOUSLY MY PARKING WAS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. DAILY THE POLICE IS GIVING FINES TO RESIDENTS FOR ILLEGAL PARKING, BUT WHERE CAN ONE PARK IF THERE IS NO DESIGNATED PUBLIC PARKING ON THE ROAD. THIS IS THE NEGATIVE SIDE OF THIS PROPERTY .

I have unit in 8th flor 808 which is decent size 2 bedroom apartment with decent view. pool, gym, tennis court, sauna, children play area and tennis court all amenities are highly maintain. Whole building is neat and clean. All people who are living in IMPZ have only issue with parking. Mostly landlord are not giving parking with a apartment and in order to get parking in a building you to rent a parking which will 5000 for year. Seriously this is worst thing I never experience in dubai There is no parking for guest which really makes my guest very uncomfortable. they really need to make parking space for guest and tenants.
