Highly recommend for the people who love luxurious surrounding with view of water and beach nearby. You get to many places with metro and even within walking distance. Kids get to play in the parks and walking areas. As the buildings are tall and nearby, some of the buildings does not get ample sunlight, some apartments has good view from the balcony. Most of the apartments are big and most liked by families. Busy area and getting parking is difficult.
