So what I love about living here is the proximity to the sea, the lush garden with frangipani trees and that it’s very family friendly. It’s a true luxury to be able to walk to the beach in about 5 minutes, and creates such good balance when we live in a busy city like Dubai. Another plus point is being able to walk everywhere in 5-10 minutes : to nurseries, food shopping, Nakheel Mall, Golden Mile, restaurants, shops, beauty salons, smart police station, dentists, clinics, spas and more…. Just across the street we have the amazing Ethiad park where there are some children’s play areas, gated dog parks and cycling/running tracks, many trees and beautiful greenery. The minus point in this park is that the kids play areas are small and not gated, but the dogs get these huge gated amazing parks with lighting in the night time , and even beautiful plants . Dog parks are much better and more equipped than children’s play areas and that for me is a minus. Being able to walk so much and not needing transportation is really a huge plus point and makes living here very enjoyable. You will see mainly families living here around this neighbourhood - and for me that’s a good feeling. However- what I dislike that in order to use the gym facilities the residents have to buy expensive membership around 4000aed per year per person. There should be gym provided for the residents for free, and having to pay for it is a huge minus and in my opinion not fair - especially as owners of apartments pay large sums for service charges … Another minus is that there is the smallest and most boring children’s play area ever . There should be more play space dedicated to kids ! The pool and the garden are large and beautiful, the garden is very well maintained, in my opinion too much, there are gardeners and landscapers here every single day, and it’s challenging to have it truly private, relaxing and quiet, as we get labour men, staring at women in bikinis. In my opinion these workers are used here to much and there is not a true necessity to do so much work here . The children’s pool has many tiles misplaced, and a few of the big tiles upon entry are wiggling , they should definitely repair this as it’s dangerous. Another huge minus point is the huge party scene right in front of Fairmont. There are beach clubs right - left and Center, and each one of them plays super loud music day and sometimes through the night. We can even hear it with all windows shut . In winter season it’s at its worst ! It’s so bad that we are not able to leave our windows open without chaotic music and voices coming from all directions. That’s the biggest minus here. The building itself is a little old but very beautiful . I personally love the Arabic style architecture and details- it’s the most beautiful building in our neighbourhood. However sometimes the pipes can smell a bit , and that’s not nice . All in all I have a lot of complains , yet at the same time my family and I are very happy here because of the sea, garden, pool, and being able to walk everywhere in such beautiful surroundings . If it was not such a party scene than it would be perfect

Already old building, everything breaks down every time. In rental price you have access only for north residence pool, which is not working properly. In summer water is hot, in winter cold, because something always not working. You don’t have access to any gym or beach…if you want it you should buy. Very noisy, you can hear every sound of your neighbors, but if there is appartment renovation somewhere near, you can’t live at all)

Great place to live, Beach on one side, Golden Mile park/running track on the other and a few minutes walk to new Nakheel Mall which has everything you could want, including cinema and wine shop. The Palm is now covered with restaurants and bars from Nobu and Gordon Ramsey to the food court MacD's and KFC. The Fairmont is still the classiest residential building on the Trunk. It is the best finished and maintained with its polished marble floors

Palm Jumeirah is one of Dubai’s most iconic addresses, and living here definitely feels exclusive and premium. The waterfront views are unbeatable, whether you’re looking at the skyline or stepping out onto the beach, and there’s a real sense of privacy and calm compared to busier districts. Running or cycling along the sea is amazing, and you get the most iconic view of Atlantis The Palm right as you do it. The location is convenient, close to Dubai Marina and the rest of the city, and road connectivity is smooth, though traffic can build up near the entry points during peak hours. Public transport isn’t ideal, so most residents rely on cars or taxis. The lifestyle here is very polished, with some of the most posh restaurants, beach clubs, gyms and cafés within the Palm’s reach. Everything comes at a price, rent is high, groceries and everyday costs feel premium, and while it’s scenic and calm, it can feel a bit isolated compared to the more lively areas of the city. Ultimately, Palm Jumeirah is a place you live if you only prefer premium living, the one percent. It’s perfect for luxury, views and that iconic waterfront lifestyle, but it’s not for hustle, buzz or affordability.

Palm Jumeirah is truly one of the most impressive places to live and visit in Dubai. The views are stunning, the beaches are clean and peaceful, and the overall atmosphere feels very premium and relaxing. There’s a great mix of restaurants, cafes, and leisure options, all within easy reach. The area is well maintained, secure, and perfect for families as well as professionals. Whether it’s a morning walk along the waterfront or enjoying sunset views, Palm Jumeirah offers a unique lifestyle that’s hard to match. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality living in Dubai. 🌴

Living in Palm Jumeirah offers a unique island lifestyle, but it comes with significant trade-offs in connectivity, which ranks lowest due to the lack of direct Metro access and a reliance on the Monorail and private cars. While the community is moderately family-friendly with decent greenery and walking paths near Al Ittihad Park, the experience is often dampened by high noise and heavy traffic levels. It is a prestigious address for those prioritizing beach access and luxury, but day-to-day commuting and local congestion remain the biggest challenges for residents.

The ability to come home from a hard days work and be on the beach in less than 500 steps is simply amazing. Full access to Hotel amenities makes this place feel like a holiday home. Superb staff, very friendly. Quick response maintenance team. Worst feature is guest parking. This needs improvement.
