We have lived in Golden Mile since 2019. The apartments are getting old and there are lots of maintenance issues, cracks in tiles/constant plumbing issues/etc. No pool/gym or beach access. The noise from the traffic is too bad since the acoustics of the apartments are not good.. There is always maintenance work going on in the park. Considering all of these, the prices have doubled in the past year which doesn't seem justified.

Big layouts, excellent for families ,many outlets in the Galeria ,West Beach on the Palm just across the road ,lots of things for kids. We are in the building for past few years Highly recommended

Big lay out, excellent finishes, west beach 5 min walking distance ,near the restaurants, and Nakheel Mal, family friendly neighbourhood.

Generous layout and finishes , children and pet friendly, park ,restaurants shops and beach on your doorstep. Since the construction of the hotels across the rode has finished ,not much noise. Highly recommended building and community.

We moved to Golden Mile in 2019, due to the layout, huge walk-in closets and bathrooms, and retail downstairs. However, the buildings are now older for Dubai standards, and not well maintained. Most of the retail has closed in Building 1 due to Nakheel not lowering the rent and competition from the new Nakheel Mall. The worst part is the noise from the road and the Five hotel. We are moving due to the unbearable noise and trashy guests from the Five, that no authorities are willing to deal with.

Very bad option for anyone to consider. Overpriced and no services in the building.

Palm Jumeirah is one of Dubai’s most iconic addresses, and living here definitely feels exclusive and premium. The waterfront views are unbeatable, whether you’re looking at the skyline or stepping out onto the beach, and there’s a real sense of privacy and calm compared to busier districts. Running or cycling along the sea is amazing, and you get the most iconic view of Atlantis The Palm right as you do it. The location is convenient, close to Dubai Marina and the rest of the city, and road connectivity is smooth, though traffic can build up near the entry points during peak hours. Public transport isn’t ideal, so most residents rely on cars or taxis. The lifestyle here is very polished, with some of the most posh restaurants, beach clubs, gyms and cafés within the Palm’s reach. Everything comes at a price, rent is high, groceries and everyday costs feel premium, and while it’s scenic and calm, it can feel a bit isolated compared to the more lively areas of the city. Ultimately, Palm Jumeirah is a place you live if you only prefer premium living, the one percent. It’s perfect for luxury, views and that iconic waterfront lifestyle, but it’s not for hustle, buzz or affordability.

Palm Jumeirah is truly one of the most impressive places to live and visit in Dubai. The views are stunning, the beaches are clean and peaceful, and the overall atmosphere feels very premium and relaxing. There’s a great mix of restaurants, cafes, and leisure options, all within easy reach. The area is well maintained, secure, and perfect for families as well as professionals. Whether it’s a morning walk along the waterfront or enjoying sunset views, Palm Jumeirah offers a unique lifestyle that’s hard to match. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality living in Dubai. 🌴

nice area, luxurious beaches

Living in Palm Jumeirah offers a unique island lifestyle, but it comes with significant trade-offs in connectivity, which ranks lowest due to the lack of direct Metro access and a reliance on the Monorail and private cars. While the community is moderately family-friendly with decent greenery and walking paths near Al Ittihad Park, the experience is often dampened by high noise and heavy traffic levels. It is a prestigious address for those prioritizing beach access and luxury, but day-to-day commuting and local congestion remain the biggest challenges for residents.

Golden mile which compromises of 10 buildings ; all with 1,2,3 bed apartments + penthouses & townhouses all have a great thoughtful layout for easy living & comes with a high quality finishing. It's one of the better layout I think on palm Jumeirah ; and now that the retail under nder the residence has opened up it boozes with a great community for family or and single professionals . There are grocery, lots of shops for everyday need, coffeshops & restaurants to feed every pallet ; and the best thing is that there is disable access to all. The infamous park which has now matured ; is like a gem of palm Jumeirah if not Dubai .. And a proper runningtrack along the park ... There is also tram station which can take you out to Atlantis .. It's beautiful and peaceful to live here... I live in a park facing unit , and spend a lot of time outside after work .. It's so quiet .. All I can hear is critters & the sound of water from the parks water fountain .. The pools are very soon up'n running - they are being re-tiled and tested as I write this .. And reception areas are soon to get a facelift .. The buildings was long overlooked my many - but now ; it's really worth all the letters in its name .. It really is a Golden Mile.

There is still no gym or pool in the building, or alternative options for residents. Lots of noise from the road and the view over to the marina has completely disappeared in the past year, but fantastic lay-out and finish of the apartments makes up for it!
