Furnished Apartments for rent in Starz Tower 2 monthly

Great mix of apartment and villa communities. Emerging community hubs such as Al Furjan Center, good access to the metro and major highways. Closely located to great leisure and entertainment such as Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Ibn Battuta Mall and various golf courses.

Al Furjan is an ideal community for those seeking a balanced lifestyle, offering the perfect blend of connectivity and tranquility. Strategically located with direct access to the Dubai Metro, it is a commuter’s dream—making my husband’s daily travel to Abu Dhabi remarkably easy while keeping my own office at Al Fardan Exchange well within reach. Whether you prefer modern apartments or spacious villas, the community feels fresh and well-maintained. Life here is defined by its serene atmosphere: mornings and evenings are best spent walking through lush greenery accompanied by the sound of birds, all with minimal traffic to disturb the peace. For families, the abundance of parks and playgrounds provides a safe, vibrant space for children to play. Meanwhile, the Al Furjan Club serves as a dedicated hub for health and recreation, offering everything from padel courts to professional fitness lessons. In Al Furjan, you truly get the best of both worlds—metropolitan convenience paired with a quiet, village-like charm.

I’ve been living in Al Furjan for some time now. I think it’s a great place to live. The community feels quiet and well-planned which makes it perfect for families and people who like an area unlike the busy parts of Dubai. One of the things about Al Furjan is that it’s easy to get around if you have a Car. Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road are nearby so I can get to Dubai Marina, Jebel Ali or even Expo City easily. But if you do not own a car, then public transport is a but problematic in the inner areas. The bus F45 goes around, but the frequency is not great. The Discovery Gardens Metro Station is close by from many areas, but again, if you stay in the inner areas, it can be upwards 45 mins of walk. There is the Al Furjan Pavilion and Al Furjan West Pavilion which have everything I need like supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies and small restaurants. I also like that there are parks walking tracks and open spaces in Al Furjan so it’s easy to go for a walk or spend time outdoors. Overall I think Al Furjan is a great place to live because it’s peaceful. Personally, I’ve really enjoyed living in Al Furjan.

It has good connectivity with direct access to major highways and the Dubai Metro Route EXPO 2020 via Al Furjan Metro Station, making travel to places like Dubai Marina easy. Overall, it’s considered a comfortable and affordable area for families and investors, though some parts are still developing.

I love how calm Al Furjan is, yet it still has everything you need. The community mall, Furjan Pavilion, has a Spinneys and a couple of restaurants, pharmacies, and a tailor shop. Al Furjan Club next to the pavilion has a gym, swimming pool, and a tennis court, so you have everything in one place. The metro is a 5-minute walk from my building (Masakin Al Furjan), which makes commuting a breeze. There are also plenty of walking tracks, and the one leading to the pavilion is especially green. Driving is quite effortless since traffic isn't an issue here. Plus, apartments here are reasonably priced compared to other areas. The only downside is that Al Furjan needs more leisure options.

i personally love furjan, calm and quite and average prices with very good quality plus the fact that the commute there is very accessible and always on time.

The worst part of this building is noise isolation. I don't just hear city noise because window frames are too fragile, I also hear my neighbors taking a shower and using washroom. I can literally hear water dripping in their shower. Common areas don't make clean impression and cockroaches are everywhere. Pool area is not well maintained. 2 construction areas in front and 1 in the back side of the building. Difficult access to parking. Housing bill is approx AED 250 which is too high for this building.

My personal experience and Danube starz has been exceptionally Amazing. 1) Flat in Fully Furnished with top quality Furniture and basic day to day Appliance fitted in bathroom kitchen and Living Room. 2) My Work Place is near Sheikh Zayed Road and the metro From Starz is on Walking Distance so That is sorted. 3) Maintenance is much better compared to the previous Property i was living in. my friend wanted to move in the same apartment but all the flat in this apartment is occupied. i Think i will continue to stay here for as long as i am working in dubai.

It is one of the most poorly maintained buildings in Al Furjan and also probably in Dubai. The fire alarm in the building is faulty and goes off at any random time, it could be 6 in the morning or 12 at night. To add to the noise pollution, the building management now plays loud music in the common areas. Even after repeated complaints to the team the problem still persists. Would not recommend this building to anyone planning to stay.
