Great new building with spacious and bright apartments. Good gym and swimming pool. Good quality finishes. They don't make new buildings like this in Dubai anymore. The management maintains the building well. I think it might be the best building in Furjan

Top notch building. 15 floors with 6 elevators ! Unbeatable size and layout compared to other buildings in Al Furjan (no dead spaces). 2BR has 146 Sqm, comes with maid room, 4 bath rooms and fully fitted wardrobes. Beautiful community view. Well located between E11 and E311 with immediate access to highway 57. Many amenities available: Pool, sauna, steam room, kids playground, conference room, lobby. 24/7 reception/security. A lot of space outdoor at the pool. Supermarket and nursery in the ground floor. Proper indoor parking spaces available. Well maintained by quick responding maintenance company.

Very good quality building by Grand properties developer. Very spacious apartments, bright, unblocked view. 2 bedroom apartments with maid is about 150 sqm which is a lot bigger than similar apartments in Dubai. Gym is extremely big, the biggest i have ever seen in Dubai. 6 elevators. Proper parking space and easy access to guest parking outside of building. Supermarket and nursery accessible in the building Swimming pool just got refurbished

Overall the building is good and well connected, lots of metro and bus stations nearby. There is a nursery right under the building which is super convenient for families with young children. I rented a 2 bed plus maid, good size around 1500 SQFT, maintinance is very responsive but I have noticed that the pool was kept dirty on multiple occasions. Maids room is also a good size - but no window. Some end units have a nice view of the villas. Sometimes there is noise from Gemz construction. The quality of the build itself is not great - the walls dent very easily for example. But the responsive maintenance makes it okay-ish. The Pavilion which has a big Spinney’s is about 5 mins drive away, the pavilion also has a Costa, another nursery and an early learning center. Overall I highly recommend living here.

Great mix of apartment and villa communities. Emerging community hubs such as Al Furjan Center, good access to the metro and major highways. Closely located to great leisure and entertainment such as Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Ibn Battuta Mall and various golf courses.

Al Furjan is an ideal community for those seeking a balanced lifestyle, offering the perfect blend of connectivity and tranquility. Strategically located with direct access to the Dubai Metro, it is a commuter’s dream—making my husband’s daily travel to Abu Dhabi remarkably easy while keeping my own office at Al Fardan Exchange well within reach. Whether you prefer modern apartments or spacious villas, the community feels fresh and well-maintained. Life here is defined by its serene atmosphere: mornings and evenings are best spent walking through lush greenery accompanied by the sound of birds, all with minimal traffic to disturb the peace. For families, the abundance of parks and playgrounds provides a safe, vibrant space for children to play. Meanwhile, the Al Furjan Club serves as a dedicated hub for health and recreation, offering everything from padel courts to professional fitness lessons. In Al Furjan, you truly get the best of both worlds—metropolitan convenience paired with a quiet, village-like charm.

I’ve been living in Al Furjan for some time now. I think it’s a great place to live. The community feels quiet and well-planned which makes it perfect for families and people who like an area unlike the busy parts of Dubai. One of the things about Al Furjan is that it’s easy to get around if you have a Car. Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road are nearby so I can get to Dubai Marina, Jebel Ali or even Expo City easily. But if you do not own a car, then public transport is a but problematic in the inner areas. The bus F45 goes around, but the frequency is not great. The Discovery Gardens Metro Station is close by from many areas, but again, if you stay in the inner areas, it can be upwards 45 mins of walk. There is the Al Furjan Pavilion and Al Furjan West Pavilion which have everything I need like supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies and small restaurants. I also like that there are parks walking tracks and open spaces in Al Furjan so it’s easy to go for a walk or spend time outdoors. Overall I think Al Furjan is a great place to live because it’s peaceful. Personally, I’ve really enjoyed living in Al Furjan.

It has good connectivity with direct access to major highways and the Dubai Metro Route EXPO 2020 via Al Furjan Metro Station, making travel to places like Dubai Marina easy. Overall, it’s considered a comfortable and affordable area for families and investors, though some parts are still developing.

I love how calm Al Furjan is, yet it still has everything you need. The community mall, Furjan Pavilion, has a Spinneys and a couple of restaurants, pharmacies, and a tailor shop. Al Furjan Club next to the pavilion has a gym, swimming pool, and a tennis court, so you have everything in one place. The metro is a 5-minute walk from my building (Masakin Al Furjan), which makes commuting a breeze. There are also plenty of walking tracks, and the one leading to the pavilion is especially green. Driving is quite effortless since traffic isn't an issue here. Plus, apartments here are reasonably priced compared to other areas. The only downside is that Al Furjan needs more leisure options.

i personally love furjan, calm and quite and average prices with very good quality plus the fact that the commute there is very accessible and always on time.
