* Per DTCM regulations, a copy of each guest’s passport is required before arrival. Without it, building reception may deny access, delaying check-in. This apartment is officially DTCM-registered.
* House Rules: Please respect neighbors, Dubai laws, and the apartment’s furnishings. No parties or events. Smoking is not allowed.
* Housekeeping Fees: AED 260/-net (upon check-out)
* Refundable Security Deposit: AED 1,000
* VAT: 5% applicable
* Tourism Dirham Fee (per DTCM regulations): Charge renewal every 90 days.
