It’s not buzzing like Marina or Downtown, but that’s kind of the point.

The area is really nice with near by Spinneyu2019s and a park but the finishing is terrible and cheap

The place is quiet and good location.Feels safe and the building is well maintained.Close to the business bay and easy access to al Khail and Sheik Zayed Rd.

Lovely building community to live in. Great amenities nearby including ATM, Spinneys, salon, pharmacy, restaurants and open areas. Pool is lovely and temperature controlled, gym is fantastic and security staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty guest parking. Very Family friendly residents. One of the best communities in Dubai.
