Villas for rent in Damac Hills

Your guide to DAMAC Hills villas for rent

DAMAC Hills is one of Dubai’s most established gated communities, spread across 42 million square feet in the Dubailand district. Built around the Trump International Golf Club and anchored by nearly 4 million square feet of parks, lakes, and open green space, it functions more like a self-contained neighbourhood than a typical residential development. The community is adjacent to the Damac Hills 2 development and is well connected to key destinations across Dubai via Al Qudra Road, Emirates Road (E611), and Hessa Street. Its design caters primarily to families and professionals who value space, greenery, and privacy without sacrificing access to schools, clinics, and retail.
