The handover will be in a few weeks, but I already purchased my apartment. The maintenance and engineering staff are always available on-site whenever I visit, which shows great commitment. Pros: Spacious apartments, cheap rents, less busy, less noise, super market available. Cons: Far from main city ajman, less home delivery options available, no well maintained park and play area for kids, area is not fully developed.

The Community has a park, but it is not well maintained. Now the community has a few grocery stores, restaurants, car wash, laundry shops around the area. The bus stop cannot be reach by walking, you need to have a car to go out of the area, but taxis are widely available. Our building, Laketower C4, has a goood maintenance, the floor area is also a little bigger than most of the new buildings built. Rent price is also affordable. Water and Electricity is supplied by/under FEWA. Our building is also exclusive to families, and don't allow accommodation and shared rooms. It has gym facility butnthe swimming pool is not yet open. The community is pet friendly. Some owners/tenants have pets. So far, safety is ok, but cleanliness and maintenance in the community needs improvement. Each building has their own parking space, but there is also parking spaces outside the buildings for the public.

Emirates city is a good area for famikies to live in. It has supermarkets pharmacy saloon both gents and ladies ,car service center multiple gyms and pool. And the best thing is rents are cheap and the acces to and from bith muhammad bin zayed road and emirates road is very close by. Hamidiya public park is very close aswell.
