MarinaI have been going to dubai for 8 years and this is by far the best location. Only two minutes from dubai mall and Burj khalifa, a few minutes from the beach. The neighborhood a dream it has everything you need and more. I will stay here again for sure

AnonymousAfter long period in city walk I defitly confirm that building 2B is the best in terms of location (close to the mall and best bars), units design (bigger than CW avarage and with better finishing), facilities (big pool and good gym).

Dpsela *.Very nice building with friendly neighbors, security, lifeguards and concierge. Set back from the main road and located behind Valiant Clinic there is very little traffic noise, but still a nice buzz on the weekends as we have Eggspectation building below and one of the best beauty salons just outside. The pool has a Burj Khalifa view and has plenty of sunbeds for the residents. No maintenance issues experienced and I've been there for a year and a half. Managed well by Driven Properties.
