SylvieVery nice building with friendly neighbors, security, lifeguards and concierge. Set back from the main road and located behind Valiant Clinic there is very little traffic noise, but still a nice buzz on the weekends as we have Eggspectation building below and one of the best beauty salons just outside. The pool has a Burj Khalifa view and has plenty of sunbeds for the residents. No maintenance issues experienced and I've been there for a year and a half. Managed well by Driven Properties.
