Hidden gem seriously. 7 years Marsa Plaza. Rental ending, searched Downtown, DIFC nothing compares. Decided to buy! 25M adult pool, Zero noise quality construction, 280 cm floor to ceiling triple strength glass in one piece, huge floorspace & max. closets, 10 mins (seriously!) to Dubai Mall, DIFC, DXB, board walk along Creek to revamped Festival City Mall, green, lush & the views over skyline & Burj!
