Great position, well run building and far less noisy than other buildings in the area. The pool is always spotlessly clean and so is the gym.

I have been here for 1 year almost, everything is amazing perfect and clean as well. property management here is managing the building in the proper way one comment i have on the parking too many speed bumps till you reach your slot this is my only comlain highly recommended.

Building is good but getting maintenance help is very slow. One more big problem ac chiller cost seem increased every year. Also too much small insect coming from window during winter months. Gym and pool is very good.

Well maintained building with good facilities. But it has two very noisy active construction sites right next door (starting 6am) and poor quality sound proofing of windows, the noise levels are unbearable high and unhealthy. Especially if you have small children who need proper sleep. The drilling, hammering and machinery sound start very early morning and continues all day long. Also the nonstop noise of heavy duty generators that run day and night.

This is the first building I've lived in since I moved to Dubai, and will never leave it. I've looked at other buildings but nothing caught my eye like The Spirit. It's fully furnished, down to the toaster and kettle. It has great views over Victory Heights, a bus stop that will take you straight to Mall of Emirates, and it's super affordable! If you ever wish to live in Sports City, I would highly recommend The Spirit. It will make you feel at home.

This is the 6th building I've lived in. I can easily say it is one of the cleanest and well kept out. Maintenance team is very professional and helpful and so are the security. Plenty of parking around the building for guests and visitors. Great vibe among tenants. Highly recommended.
