Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) has one of the best vibes in Dubai, especially if you’re into that beach lifestyle. It’s right on the water, so you literally walk out of your building and you’re on a wide sandy beach with all kinds of activity around you. The Boardwalk is a highlight, stretching along the beach with cafés, restaurants, ice cream spots and casual hangouts. Everything feels lively and social, it works for quick coffee runs or nights out, and it’s clearly curated with thought, it doesn’t feel like it’s copying any other premium area. Parking is the biggest challenge, it’s almost always paid, and tickets are expensive. Traffic is heavy around the area almost all the time, which is something to be aware of. The restaurants and cafés are more premium, and a lot of tourists like to be here since it’s one of the hotspots, so it’s busy, especially in the cooler months. As a place to live, it’s energetic and fun, not quiet. You’ve got music, people walking by, deliveries, beach activity pretty much every day, so it’s more energy than calm. If you’re into the active beach lifestyle, café culture, and want somewhere scenic and lively, JBR really delivers. You do pay for it, but it’s worth it if that’s the lifestyle you want.

Jumeirah Beach Residence is a great place to live by the beach. It has nice views, many restaurants, and a fun atmosphere. Perfect for enjoying a relaxed lifestyle.

JBR has many tall buildings and has famous restaurants and recreational hubs. Its always crowded as its a central hub and easy to commute to most of the company offices located in the close vicinity. Highly recommend for the people who love luxurious surrounding with view of water and beach nearby. You get to many places with metro and even within walking distance. Kids get to play in the parks and walking areas. As the buildings are tall and nearby, some of the buildings does not get ample sunlight, some apartments has good view from the balcony. Most of the apartments are big and most liked by families. Busy area and getting parking is difficult.

Jumeirah Beach Residences is the prime of Dubai Marina - offering quick access to the Jumeirah beach, luxury restaurants and clubs. JBR offers amazing sea side views of Dubai Eye and Palm Jumeirah and hosts some of the tallest residential skyscrapers in Dubai. It is one of the most luxurious residential areas of Dubai as well one of the busiest areas of Dubai. Both tram and metro stations are nearby and the walk, restaurants and gyms are around the marina are also quickly accessible. However, with the huge amount of tourist footfall in the area everyday, it gets quite crowded and busy during the night. Due to this, the walking accessibility of the area gets compromised duriny the night.

It offers a lively atmosphere with plenty of dining options, easy access to JBR Beach and Bluewaters, and is ideal for evening walks along the waterfront. Most sought after buildings, but they are OLD!! Haven't been upgraded since 2005 when they were built. Been living here for 5 years, and they are extremely dated, inside apartments falling apart, v old interiors, not much maintenance inside the house, or even inspections for balcony safety etc. Lifts take FOREVER!! Cleanliness needs to be sorted out, cockroaches, ants, spiders are all too common. The parking area has cockroaches almost the size of crabs. Traffic here is a massive problem and has got worse over the years since JBR is busy, guest parking is paid. Too much noise outside from the lambos and fancy cars until 3/4am. The only upside is the great family community for kids and being near the beach.

Murjan cluster of JBR is an ideal area for the beach loving people, it’s a 10 Min walk to the beach. It comes with ample of amenities along with close access to ‘THE WALK’.

We have lived in many buildings of JBR and murjan 1 is the best. It has easy access so you can skip the traffic, guests can use green parking. It has the same plaza and beach access and proximity to the marina with the added advantage of less noise.

Very Central Location..Nice Pool. Murjan is the only building with a large Green Parking. None of the JBR buildings have a large Green Parking for guests. Clubhouse is nice. This building is the only one of the two buildings in JBR to have access to a Carrefour/Nursery. The JBR security office is also located in basement of Murjan 1. This is one of the best located towers in the whole JBR area.

Getting in and out of the building on the weekend is a nightmare due to traffic and low floor flats are extremely noisy.

Jbr is one of the most prime locations to live in Dubai with the beach mall and the array of restaurants and so many activities . Needless to say all buildings in Jbr enjoy some common facilities like shared pools , community gym , grocery stores . Murjan also has a Medcare clinic on its plaza level which it shares with Sadaf . It is a very child friendly building and location and is wonderful for families and couples . The building is well maintained with resident access cards required to enter for security . The surveillance cameras and proper checks on fire safety as well . The security staff , cleaners all are very friendly and helpful . There is a caribou coffee shop and empower office on the plaza level of the building . Three grocery stores including a Carrefour on plaza . The apartments facing marina might experience some noise from a roaring motorbike or car otherwise it is a fairly quiet and peaceful building . Very child friendly and staff is vigilant . Also the plaza level allows children to spend their evening playing without having to go anywhere and fear of cars or motorbikes . Overall a lovely building with just the right amenities for the cost .
