Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) has one of the best vibes in Dubai, especially if you’re into that beach lifestyle. It’s right on the water, so you literally walk out of your building and you’re on a wide sandy beach with all kinds of activity around you. The Boardwalk is a highlight, stretching along the beach with cafés, restaurants, ice cream spots and casual hangouts. Everything feels lively and social, it works for quick coffee runs or nights out, and it’s clearly curated with thought, it doesn’t feel like it’s copying any other premium area. Parking is the biggest challenge, it’s almost always paid, and tickets are expensive. Traffic is heavy around the area almost all the time, which is something to be aware of. The restaurants and cafés are more premium, and a lot of tourists like to be here since it’s one of the hotspots, so it’s busy, especially in the cooler months. As a place to live, it’s energetic and fun, not quiet. You’ve got music, people walking by, deliveries, beach activity pretty much every day, so it’s more energy than calm. If you’re into the active beach lifestyle, café culture, and want somewhere scenic and lively, JBR really delivers. You do pay for it, but it’s worth it if that’s the lifestyle you want.

Jumeirah Beach Residence is a great place to live by the beach. It has nice views, many restaurants, and a fun atmosphere. Perfect for enjoying a relaxed lifestyle.

JBR has many tall buildings and has famous restaurants and recreational hubs. Its always crowded as its a central hub and easy to commute to most of the company offices located in the close vicinity. Highly recommend for the people who love luxurious surrounding with view of water and beach nearby. You get to many places with metro and even within walking distance. Kids get to play in the parks and walking areas. As the buildings are tall and nearby, some of the buildings does not get ample sunlight, some apartments has good view from the balcony. Most of the apartments are big and most liked by families. Busy area and getting parking is difficult.

Jumeirah Beach Residences is the prime of Dubai Marina - offering quick access to the Jumeirah beach, luxury restaurants and clubs. JBR offers amazing sea side views of Dubai Eye and Palm Jumeirah and hosts some of the tallest residential skyscrapers in Dubai. It is one of the most luxurious residential areas of Dubai as well one of the busiest areas of Dubai. Both tram and metro stations are nearby and the walk, restaurants and gyms are around the marina are also quickly accessible. However, with the huge amount of tourist footfall in the area everyday, it gets quite crowded and busy during the night. Due to this, the walking accessibility of the area gets compromised duriny the night.

It offers a lively atmosphere with plenty of dining options, easy access to JBR Beach and Bluewaters, and is ideal for evening walks along the waterfront. I lived in Rimal 4 for 5years with my family. Friends used to come to visit us frequently. We loved every day of it and I am still missing it. The location seems like you are at a resort - beach in one minute walk, swimming pools, gyms, coffee shops, restaurants, The Walk. The plaza area is very kids-friendly, my kids used to ride skateboard on the Plaza and meet friends. Rimal 4 is nicely located in an inner side of the plaza, away from the noise of The Walk. There is a Carrefour and an All Day groceries literally next to Rimal 4 which makes it easy to live in for expats. There is a tram station next to Rimal 4 that I sometimes used to take tram to go to the office instead of driving my car. A metro station is in a walking distance. Over the 5years I rented both sea-view and Marina-view apartments in RImal 4. I loved the seaviews. However, I appreciated quietness of the community views as well. And the aircon electricity bills were much lower in my community-side apartment as sun shines in your windows in the mornings only, something you come to appreciate over time as you live in Dubai. The yachts passing on Marina in front of my windows were a visual staple of my community-view apartment. The school buses arrived right at the garage exit of Rimal 4 and made it convenient for kids to get to school. Rimal 4 is a sweet spot of JBR, miss you.

Lived in Rimal 4 for a few years, and found it very convenient. I work from home, so some traffic in the morning was not an issue for me. Rimal 4 is located right in the middle of JBR. There are many coffee shops around to have a meeting. The beach access is very convenient as I am a swimmer. There is an All Day store right downstairs, and a Carrefour very close at the plaza level, so you do not really need a car unless you go somewhere else. Walking on the beach, Marina or Bluewaters any time you want is good too.

I live in jbr and I really like it has a nice feeling,has a lovely walks along the marina and more eating places.its nice to go for a coffee or just a snack.

Excellent location, venues, attractions and view but the traffic, although improved, is still bad! The visitors parking to the entire area is all pay park and extremely expensive.
