TenantPay attention on low room floor. There is a lot of insects, problem with mold and chiller. Also there is noises morning time that you can not expect just from usually view.

Anders M.Well maintained tower in JLT and in cluster with 2 office towers which allow you to find guest parking in the evening and weekend. Nice supermarket and coffee shop in the cluster. Friendly security and nice lobby. Large apartments compared to other JLT towers.

PeteI have lived many years in this building, some of the things I really enjoy is the new gym and billiard table they've. Generally living in the building is comfortable, clean, and very quiet. There are instances where regulations like moving furniture requires a document signing, but nothing too serious to fuss about. The important things are in a great state and that's all that matters. I feel lucky compared to the stories I hear from friends living in other buildings where they have trouble with the security, for example, I have thankfully never had such issues at X1. I guess we're lucky because the building has a good management that's keeping things in order.
