The Cycle Park is the standout floodlit 4, 8 and 16 km loops, busy most nights and Meydan is on the doorstep. The trade-off is that you drive for everything. No metro nearby, and retail inside the community is still thin, so grocery and mall runs mean getting in the car. Parts of Nad Al Sheba Gardens are also still under construction. Worth it if you'd take space and quiet over walkability.
