Studio Apartments for sale in Lagoon Views

Your guide to studio apartments for sale in Lagoon Views

Few places in Dubai combine resort living with genuine connectivity the way Lagoon Views does. Located within the DAMAC Lagoons master community, at the junction of Hessa Street (D61) and Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street (D54), it sits close enough to the city to stay connected while feeling removed from the usual noise of urban life.

The numbers reflect how much demand this community has attracted. Property transactions across DAMAC Lagoons have exceeded 11 billion AED, and the development continues to draw buyers looking for something beyond a standard residential building. Lagoon Views spans 22 mid-rise towers positioned around a large central lagoon with landscaped surroundings. The architecture follows a Mediterranean theme throughout, with curved facades, outdoor balconies, and neutral interior palettes designed to let natural light do most of the work.

Studio apartments for sale in Lagoon Views are available on a freehold basis, making them open to both UAE nationals and foreign buyers. The project is currently off-plan, with handover scheduled for Q1 2027.
