Arjan is a conveniently located, family-friendly area offering excellent value for both investment and residential living. I like how master developer is looking after the community. It takes me only 20 minutes to reach downtown during normal traffic hours.

Centrally located with access to almost everything in Dubai - approximately 15 min to both sides, Downtown and Dubai Marina. Located directly across from Dubai Hills along the newly upgraded Umm Suqeim road. Near this district you can easily find several hospitals, the Dubai Hills Mall, Miracle Garden, the Arabian Ranches Golf Course and so much more. Great for apartment style living.
