I double my Capital investment in this building in 5 years , I think it will take more value in the future as it is nestled between The Lana Hotel and Vela by Omniyat .

The view is breathtaking, and there is no traffic noise to disturb your sleep. The property is nestled between two of Dubai’s most prestigious buildings: The Vela by OMNIYAT and The Lana, a hotel renowned for its exceptional luxury and elegance.

I loved living in this tower, the house was spacious and the view is unforgettable. It is also in a great location, you can go to Dubai mall, downtown and canal walking. However, what made me want to leave the tower is it's maintenance, super poor maintenance and poor building management, they don't even bother cleaning the AC until you get a leakage which happens multiple times during the year and that's just one example

This was one of my favourite homes in Dubai. Great location, just 5 minutes away from Dubai Mall and you can enjoy great walks by the canal. From the pool and bbq area you can enjoy great Burj Khalifa views. This is a Damac property, hence the finishing of the building is impeccable. Lobby and common areas are very elegant and well maintained.

The building location is amazing.. Access to any part of town is very easy almost never get into traffic. Great connection with AlKhail Road and over Business bay bridge 7 min to Jumeirah. Pool is amazing, and there is kids pool as well. Views on the Burj Kalifa side are amazing.. Noise tends to be very bad as there is barbeque area that is always full of young people and loud music, Al Khail side has is loud due to the road underneath.

Tower is along the Dubai Water canal and quick accessibility to Alkahil road and very near to Down Town Dubai. Building has good amenities, well maintained building with lowest service fee.
