I have been living here for the last two years, and my building and the other buildings in this community are calm and family-friendly. To me, I feel like this is a VIP service here, as it is very important to me to know that the building I am living in is secure. Another major advantage is the location. Since the building is located in the center of Dubai, it is only 15-20 min away from many places, including the Burj Khalifa, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Hills Mall, Miracle Garden, Palm Jumeirah, Kite Beach, and much more. In addition, this building is accessible from four different roads: Sheik Zayed Road, Al Khail Road, Al Asayel Street, and First Al Khail Street. This reduces the time you spend in traffic and increases the time you spend with your family or friends.
