We were resident at Discovery gardens Dubai for almost 3-4years we rented 1bedroom from Wasl property the area land scape, building maintenance and facilities like pool, tennis court are great. No parking issues at all and children can play all day long outside area its really maintained n safe. After the addition of Metro service We are now looking for permanent residential property in Discovery gardens

Living in Discovery Gardens for more than 10 years is a very good experience. Far from busy city life. Very good place. Calm and relaxing. Very good for kids. A safe haven for families to relax and enjoy the chirping of birds and quiet night.

Living in discovery gardens for almost 6 years now and i'm still loving it. The Life in discovery is comfortable, offers access to many amenities including grocery stores, restaurants, gym, salon and metro.

We made some of our best memories in Discovery Gardens! It is a well maintained area with good amenities. Would appreciate gym access in buildings!

Lush green, family-friendly neighborhood with shops located within walking distance. Cleaning and maintenance need to be improved.

I relocated to this residence in April and have been extremely dissatisfied with my experience. The plumbing issues, such as leaky pipes, are inadequately patched with tape. Additionally, despite running the air conditioning continuously, the indoor humidity remains between 80-90%, leading to persistent mold problems. To make matters worse, the building and surrounding streets are infested with cockroaches. Furthermore, the outdoor garbage bins are left uncovered, contributing to a foul odor in the area. On a positive note, the two redeeming factors are the property's proximity to a metro station and its location in a green area.
