I frequently visit this location. A very under rated community of Dubai. The area is quite calm and peaceful - decent rents, but more 'old Dubai' than flashy new Dubai, even though it is one street away from Sheikh Zayed Road. A very central location and in very close proximity to major landmarks - all approximately 10 to 15 mins away! The area also has some good restaurants and great pedestrian walks.

The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The pool and gym are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The neighbors are all nice and it's a quiet, friendly place to live that is close to everything!
