At present, DAMAC Lagoons does not have direct bus routes running through the community. Most residents rely on private vehicles or taxis for daily travel. However, public bus services are available in nearby areas such as DAMAC Hills and Dubai Studio City. The DA2 bus route, for example, connects DAMAC Hills 2 to Dubai Studio City. As the area continues to develop, public transport access is expected to improve.

This is a top notch project. I find the price of 1.65 well under the initial price of 1.8m. This is a real bargain. I already have a similar appt which I purchased at 1.8m else I would have jumped on this opportunity. Really, this is more than value for money at this price

All clusters in DAMAC Lagoons have their own character, design and finishing style, so it’s difficult to say one is universally better than another. It really comes down to personal preference, location and lifestyle. Personally, I like Costa Brava for its overall layout, design and community feel.

The primary marketing draw for Damac Lagoons is swimming and kayaking in swimmable crystal lagoons. I visited a friend near a handed-over phase recently, but portions of the lagoon were cordoned off for filtration work. Is the lagoon fully operational and clear for residents today?

As of October 2026, DAMAC Lagoons is still being completed in phases; DAMAC says overall infrastructure, landscaping and associated works are over 80% complete, with water bodies being commissioned in phases. The main lagoon is not fully operational yet. Final water treatment and commissioning are still underway, and it is expected to be ready for residents soon.
