What Residents say about DIFC

Central Park Residential Tower

4.7
Daniel F.

We bought here two years ago. Overall, I can't say enough good things about it. The apartment is so well located that I can walk to all of my meetings in DIFC (even in the summertime, thanks to the new land bridge). The apartments themselves are beautiful, with great finishings, amazing views, and a lot of space. Yes, there is some serious traffic at rush hour, but that's true with most of Dubai. But the staff and community are very good, and I love having my friends and family over for dinner here. Plus, with a Spinney's, gym, and pool right downstairs, I rarely need to leave.

Liberty House

Liberty House is one of the ‘older’ buildings in DIFC (by Dubai standards) it’s roughly 12 years old so would be considered relatively new in most cities. Apartments in particular the 2 bed duplexes on the upper levels have massive spaces (1900+ sq ft in comparison to new buildings with 1100sq ft for most). If you work in DIFC, Downtown/ Business Bay or even towards the North of the city then your commute is super quick as you are traveling against the flow of traffic. Access to gate avenue is a huge plus. Lots of amazing restaurants, shops and bars in walking distance plus a metro directly in front of the building make is super convenient. DIFC has a lovely feel for such a central area as tourists seldom come over to this side which makes it somewhat of a hidden gem. The 2 pools in particular the roof with a view of the Burj is great and rarely ever busy plus it has sauna and steam room. The gym is disappointing but functional however lots of gyms in Gate avenue including Warehouse gym next to the Carrefour which is directly below the building on level C. Service charge is relatively high but typical of most Downtown/ DIFC buildings and the communal spaces are well maintained so you do see where it goes. Quality of the building very good. We moved from BLVD heights which was brand new but faced multiple issues but thankfully none here so far even during the storm!

The apartments are very large in contrast to current new properties in Dubai. Its location next to the Ritz Carlton and opposite ICD and direct connection to the avenue make it one of best located properties in Dubai if you work in our be DIFC. Negstives: *Very small indoor pool, no outdoor pool. *Very small and poorly maintained sun deck *No Balconies (except penthouse property) *Windows do not open at all *Some properties prone to damp/mould in back bedrooms *Traffic in the evening rush hour is terrible *Traffic during conferences and events at WTC result in gridlock for hours. Positives: There are many.. *Location, location , location - The beating heart of DIFC * Massive apartments *LPM , Zuma etc are all only a couple of minutes walk away *Located opposite ICD and the new Four Seasons Residence ( 2027) *Excellent front of house and housekeeping staff

This is by far the best building i lived in my 9 years in Dubai. Nice neighborhood, access to everything but not too much that you still have peace. This is our home.

An absolute convenience haven! The tower boasts a 24-hour supermarket, laundry services, a barber shop, a variety of restaurants, a cozy coffee shop, and even a spa—all within the confines of the building! What more could a tenant ask for? Well, how about a fantastic pool, a well-equipped gym, and a barbecue area offering breathtaking views! The tower goes above and beyond with expansive closed gardens and serene seating areas on every seventh floor, providing perfect spots for tenants to relax even in the scorching summer weather. Its prime location ensures easy access to DIFC and Sheikh Zayed Road, merely a one-minute walk to DIFC and a quick five-minute stroll to Emirates Towers Metro Station. The high floors offer a mesmerizing view of DIFC.

I have been renting in this building for 3 years now and I love it. The location is excellent, connected to Gate Avenue and a few steps away from the metro. The building is very well maintained and has nice facilities.
