A wonderful community for families. It is a traffic-free area, surrounded by parks and children’s activity spaces. The only downside is that, unlike Harbour, there are no indoor children’s play areas for the hot summer months. Other than that, it feels like an outdoor nursery where children of all ages can socialize and enjoy their time. The lagoon adds a unique value with its seaside vibe. Everyone who visits us is impressed by the atmosphere and how happy the community feels. We have been living here for more than two and a half years and truly love it. Harbour is within walking distance, which is a great advantage. With the upcoming metro and school projects, the surrounding area is expected to become even more valuable. The low-rise buildings also create a stronger sense of living in a home rather than in a high-rise apartment.

We visit Dubai Creek occasionally to see friend and it always leaves a strong impression. At first glance, it feels like a modern equivalent to Dubai Marina. This makes sense given they are both Emaar flagships. However, we feel the Creek significantly more spacious and less congested. We love taking a stroll at the waterfront promenade. On a clear sunny day, you will be treated to a stunning Burj Khalifa view from several vantage points. Its proximity to Downtown, DIFC and DXB makes it incredibly strategic for now. As the city's master plan shifts the aviation hub further south, the Creek might lose some of its airport proximity advantage. As the saying goes - "Old is gold", Dubai Marina remains the more popular counterpart for tourists. Rarely, I hear tourists visiting Dubai Creek but Dubai Marina is always almost mentioned. Despite this, Dubai Creek is definitely the more relaxed, modern contender.

A flagship community by Emaar, designed to be the new Downtown. Dubai Creek Harboor offers everything within the area. The majority of this master community is still under development but will be a destination once the mall and other tourist attractions are completed.

Amazing community young couple with kids. Offers the best of both worlds in terms of entertainment and dining experiences on its marina and promenade from one side, and plenty of kids play areas, parks and activities from the other side. Can get a bit crowded around 6pm when people are coming back from work as there are only 2 entrances at the moment but Emaar’s masterplan is showing a new road that is yet to be developed, as well as 3 metro stations that are currently being built

Lovely and welcoming staff at the reception. The building is exceptionally well maintained, with clean and well-kept common areas. The kids' play area and outdoor amenities are excellent, making it a great place for families. The gym is fully equipped with everything you need, and the swimming pool offers stunning views of the Burj Khalifa, creating a fantastic atmosphere to relax and unwind. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live.

I recently had the opportunity to view this property being sold by Rob, and I was genuinely impressed with both the home and the overall experience. The property is beautifully maintained and presented to a very high standard. The layout is spacious, bright, and practical, with great natural light throughout. The finishes and attention to detail really stand out, and it’s clear the home has been well cared for. The location is another major advantage — close to key amenities, transport links, shops, and restaurants, while still offering a comfortable and relaxed residential atmosphere. It’s the kind of place that would suit both families and professionals looking for a quality home in Dubai. Rob was professional, transparent, and easy to deal with from start to finish. 2/5 for this building. Unfortunately there is a constant smell of sewage in and around the building and it gets stronger in the morning and around 10 PM at night.
