Majan is really quiet, that's what I like most about it. Getting out is easy, you're right on SMBZ Road so getting to Downtown or Global Village doesn't take long. The area is well kept, roads and landscaping are clean and the buildings here are generally well managed. Good for families too, quiet roads inside the community, play areas for the kids and supermarkets nearby. The restaurants around are nice, just not many of them yet, but more are opening as the area grows.

Al Rabia Tower is Very peaceful area .Maintenance is easy to call inclusive with Gym and Swimming pool with 8-5 pm life saving guard .It has restaurant .Mini super market salon at ground and 2 play area for the kids and Mini park also however there is no access /nearby bus yet u have to ride taxi and own cars /rental
Been living at Sherena Residence for the past 3 years plus, Majan neighbourhood itself is a great place to live and raise a family. You got all the facilities you need around you at your disposal, and with good traffic conditions, you can get anywhere you want in 20 minutes. My only complain of the building would be the thin walls, but apart from that; all is great and especially the Pool.
