NishaSo far best community we have lived... Beautiful landscaping, connecting lakes from Springs to Meadows to Emirates hills creating scenic pathway for walking and cycling. Ample of guest parking, swimming pool, kids park and basketball court. Villas are old but if you can find extended and upgraded villas then nothing like it.

B.KExcellent location, close to great schools, very child friendly, established community, one of the greenest areas in Dubai with long walk/bike routes around lakes where you can wake up to the sounds of birds, Emaar management is much better and responsive vs some others as well. The schools and mosques around cause some mild traffic at school pick up drop off times or Friday prayers but it does not cause major issues. Springs 1 and 2 are probably the best among all Springs communities in terms of location and maintenance
