So far best community we have lived... Beautiful landscaping, connecting lakes from Springs to Meadows to Emirates hills creating scenic pathway for walking and cycling. Ample of guest parking, swimming pool, kids park and basketball court. Villas are old but if you can find extended and upgraded villas then nothing like it.

Excellent location, close to great schools, very child friendly, established community, one of the greenest areas in Dubai with long walk/bike routes around lakes where you can wake up to the sounds of birds, Emaar management is much better and responsive vs some others as well. The schools and mosques around cause some mild traffic at school pick up drop off times or Friday prayers but it does not cause major issues. Springs 1 and 2 are probably the best among all Springs communities in terms of location and maintenance

We have lived in Springs 7 since 2005. It has been a great experience throughout. Emaar has done a brilliant job in consistently maintaining very high levels of community maintenance and security etc. Springs is one of the best, if not the best townhomes communities in Dubai.

Love staying in Springs 2. neighborhood is so friendly. Access to super market, and school is so good. 10 min to E11 and E44. Maintenance is so good, neat, and clean. Security is very prompt. Enjoying it so much.

The view is stunning. It’s a well-maintained property and has the second biggest lake among all the Springs communities. The property is in excellent condition.
