Our building is a better home for family. Safe, clean and quiet place. I choose to stay here because it's convenient. Near from bus stop, hospital, mall and park..

Building is ok to live in. Friendly staff and neighbors, no issues at all. Decent people living here. The issues are with the maintenance: High cost compared to other newer/better buildings. Elevators are 5 but at least 1-2 are usually broken. Corridors are not air conditioned. Recently they started re-working the fire alarm system. Windows are cleaned at least once a year. Overall it’s a very family friendly building, a lot of nice places around to walk and see. Parking is an issue if you don’t have a reserved parking.
