Andi Aura is a contemporary residential development by Andi Properties, thoughtfully designed for those who seek quality, comfort, and smart investment in one of Dubai's most promising growth corridors. Positioned within Dubai Silicon Oasis, this project brings together refined architecture, practical amenities, and a location that continues to attract both end-users and forward-thinking investors. Whether you're looking for a place to call home or a property that works hard for your financial future, Andi Aura delivers on both fronts with quiet confidence.
Dubai Silicon Oasis is no longer just a tech hub — it has evolved into a fully integrated urban community with residential appeal that is growing steadily year on year. Backed by significant government investment and ongoing infrastructure upgrades, the area offers a balanced lifestyle that combines the energy of a modern city with the ease of a well-planned community. Andi Aura sits comfortably within this landscape, giving residents access to green surroundings, retail conveniences, schools, and dining options — all within a short distance from their front door.
One of Andi Aura's most practical strengths is how well-connected it is to the wider city. Residents benefit from fast, direct access to Dubai's key destinations, making daily commutes and weekend plans equally straightforward.
With the upcoming Dubai Metro expansion set to pass through the area, connectivity is only going to improve further — a detail that holds real significance for long-term value and daily convenience alike.
Andi Aura offers a selection of thoughtfully planned residential units designed to suit a variety of lifestyles and household sizes. Each unit is crafted with an emphasis on space efficiency, natural light, and modern finishes that feel premium without being excessive.
Life at Andi Aura is supported by a well-rounded set of amenities that cover health, leisure, security, and everyday needs. The facilities are designed to enhance daily living without overcomplicating it — practical, enjoyable, and accessible to all residents.
Andi Aura reflects a design philosophy rooted in clarity and purpose. The architecture strikes a balance between contemporary aesthetics and functional living — clean lines, considered proportions, and a layout that makes the most of natural ventilation and light. The development feels cohesive rather than overcrowded, with open circulation areas and a visual language that feels fresh without being trend-dependent. Every design decision serves the resident's experience, from the lobby entrance to the private unit interiors.
Andi Aura isn't just a building — it's a community shaped by the needs and rhythms of modern city living. Residents benefit from a neighborhood that is already vibrant and continuing to grow, with schools, cafes, supermarkets, and leisure destinations forming a self-sufficient ecosystem around the development.
Dubai Silicon Oasis is attracting growing attention from property investors, and for good reason. The area is benefiting from sustained government-backed development, improving transport infrastructure, and rising demand from both residents and businesses. Properties in this corridor have shown consistent appreciation, and the incoming metro expansion is expected to accelerate that trend meaningfully. Andi Aura enters this market at a compelling moment — offering buyers a combination of livability and long-term capital growth potential that is increasingly difficult to find at accessible price points in Dubai.
Andi Properties is a developer committed to delivering residential projects that prioritize quality, thoughtful design, and genuine value. With Andi Aura, the company has focused on creating a development that meets the expectations of today's discerning buyers — not just in terms of finishes and facilities, but in terms of location strategy and long-term livability. Their approach combines an understanding of the Dubai market with a dedication to building homes that residents are proud to own and confident to invest in.

Andi Aura by Andi Properties is a modern residential development located near Dubai Silicon Oasis, positioned as a part of Dubai Silicon Oasis masterplan in one of Dubai's fastest-growing corridors — benefiting from major infrastructure upgrades and expanding metro connectivity.
The Andi Aura masterplan reflects a thoughtfully designed community where contemporary architecture and curated green spaces come together within the larger Dubai Silicon Oasis masterplan. Residents enjoy a vibrant, well-connected lifestyle with proximity to key destinations, strong investment fundamentals, and rising property values driven by continuous government development in the surrounding area.

Dubai Silicon Oasis features 272 buildings.
I lived in Dubai Silicon Oasis for more than 5 years, and the community has really stayed with me. What I appreciated most was the greenery and how walkable everything is, which really makes the area stand out. I used to go on long walks regularly, cycle around the neighbourhood, and simply enjoy the overall atmosphere. If you have a dog, there is a fantastic dog park, which also became a big part of my daily routine. The community is mostly made up of apartments, but it also has the beautiful Cedre Villas, and the whole neighbourhood feels very family friendly, with a number of excellent schools located within the area. Some of the more established buildings have generous layouts and are great value for money, while newer developments offer a more contemporary style. The community has evolved so much recently, and has a wide range of restaurants and cafés, along with the newer Silicon Central mall. It feels lively, and still holds on to that close knit, neighbourhood feel. Areas like DTEC, in particular, are very thoughtfully designed, with pedestrian friendly spaces, plenty of cafés and restaurants, and areas where children can run around and play safely. In terms of location, I always found DSO very convenient, as it is well connected to the rest of Dubai. It offers a great quality of life, especially for anyone who values green spaces, walkability, and a strong sense of community.
i lived in silicon oasis with my family for 1.5 years and it was heaven! we had 2 mosques, a shopping center (silicon central that includes Lulu and a lot of clothing shops and cafes/restaurants), the north park, a lake, a food court, and 2 hospitals nearby, with multiple grocery shops like al maya and choithrams, and many bus stops that go almost everywhere around silicon and dubai. i gave it 4/5 on the transport only because we don't have metro line however you can take bus number 320 to al rashidya (centerpoint metro) which takes about 30-40 mins or bus #50 which goes to dubai mall directly in about 30-40 mins too when it comes to being family friendly, i have a 2 year old who loved to go to the north park as there's a lot of slides and swings for kids as well as a large football court and a running track around the court. there's also basketball and beach ball/volley ball courts and a skating area. when it comes to running/walking there's a running track around the lake. i used to take my scooter from the park all the way to silicon central mall. we also had a small shopping/cafe area known as Souq Extra that included carrefour, kfc, krispy kreme...etc, as well as 2 gyms including Gymnation and UFC in silicon central mall noon supermall, and minutes were right around the corner (we had a noon minutes warehouse inside souq extra) so deliveries were really quick i would say the only negative/downsides is that it gets a bit traffic crowded around 5-7pm and rent may be a bit overpriced especially near the mall and around bus stations, but it gives you that value for money vibe, honestly i really wish i could go back and live there again

I lived in Dubai Silicon Oasis for about a year and a half, near Souq Extra. Overall, it's a peaceful and calm community - you never feel like it's overcrowded. Despite being close to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, traffic noise was never really an issue. There's a small park near the DSO entrance, but it's quite modest, and I wouldn't say the area offers much in the way of walking routes or points of interest. On the upside, it's close to the half-desert, which makes it really convenient for BBQ outings. There are a few decent restaurants around, but the dining scene doesn't come close to somewhere like Al Barsha. That said, DSO is a well-established community. You'll find almost everything you need day to day - hospitals, schools, a university, supermarkets, and more. It's also worth mentioning the IFZA free zone, which is a major business hub within DSO. If you've set up a company there, living in Silicon Oasis makes a lot of practical sense. So overall, I'd call it an average area in the best sense of the word - not remarkable, not disappointing. It delivers what you'd expect for the budget, and that's honestly its main appeal.
