Sheikh Zayed road is a step away but you cannot hear the traffic noise, it is extremely quiet from 4pm till 10am (From 10am till 4pm you may listen sometimes maintenance from some apartments but nothing not even compared to annoying, noise levels are strictly imposed here which is amazing) Central point in Dubai, 5 minutes away from Dubai Mall. The only negatives would be the traffic which could get very heavy during certain hours but even with that fact the metro station is a block and a half away.
