Your guide to apartments for rent in Azizi Riviera

Azizi Riviera brings together waterfront living and urban convenience in one of Dubai's most ambitious addresses. For anyone exploring apartments for rent in Azizi Riviera, the community is a location that genuinely delivers on lifestyle, not just on paper.

Developed by Azizi Developments, the project spans 69 mid-rise residential buildings and two luxury hotels. The first handovers took place in November 2022, with later phases completing through 2024. The wider Meydan One development is planned to eventually include a major integrated retail district, luxury hotels, and extensive green spaces, which adds further long-term appeal to the area.

Why rent an apartment in Azizi Riviera?

Waterfront lifestyle

Walkable community

Supermarkets, pharmacies, salons, cafes, and restaurants are all within the development. Residents can handle most daily errands on foot, which is a genuine practical advantage in a city that typically requires a car for almost everything.

The architecture draws inspiration from Mediterranean contemporary style, featuring clean lines, glass facades, and open outdoor spaces. The overall aesthetic is notably different from most residential communities in Dubai, giving the area a distinct European character.
