I've been living in the building for over 10 years and I never want to move. Its in a great location in Qusais with hypermarkets, grocery stores, laundry etc easily accessible. The building maintenance is great and the requirements are fulfilled almost immediately. Only issue is the security is only on one side of the building so the other 3 areas are only monitored with the CCTV. However, we've never had an issue so far. The Gym has the very basic equipment and the indoor pool is quite big. Overall a good place to stay.
