One of the most central and vibrant locations of Dubai - mix of commercial and residential buildings. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and hotels - giving an ideal city vibe plus very close proximity to Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa! The Dubai Canal within the area is great for evening walks. The parking and traffic can get bit intense especially during peak hours. Getting around Business Bay is not always the easiest - buses are the ideal option for public transport rather than the metro as the buildings are spread out.

The building's exceptional central location in Dubai renders it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers, especially for me as my office is merely a 5-minute commute away. With its close proximity to Downtown Dubai and the Dubai Mall, a plethora of dining options, lounges, and shisha cafes are all conveniently within a 5-minute stroll. The apartment I'm currently renting is nothing short of stunning, offering an awe-inspiring view of the Business Bay Canal and the surrounding skyscrapers. Staying here is a delight, primarily because the building provides excellent value for your money.
