What a wonderful apartment with nice views always clean and noiseless

We have been living here for more than a year, a lot of noise coming from balcony. A lot of flying insects and mosquitoes and management don’t care about this issue, no available parking spaces and busy at all the time. Quality wise - I can hear from my apartment how my neighbors are flashing their toilets

I’ve lived in this building for 2 years and fire alarm training and testing often goes un-announced. Elevator issues once or twice a month. It’s tolerable but can be a lot better

It’s a family friendly community, especially when you have kids, international neighbors and variety of different retails shops. Better to get view with garden, rather than road. But, the only 2 things - maintenance issue, AC sometimes will take time to fix it and you may hear your neighbors time to time)
