A lot of flying insects and mosquitoes and management don’t care about this issue, no available parking spaces and busy at all the time. Quality wise - I can hear from my apartment how my neighbors are flashing their toilets

DanielI’ve lived in this building for 2 years and fire alarm training and testing often goes un-announced. Elevator issues once or twice a month. It’s tolerable but can be a lot better

But, the only 2 things - maintenance issue, AC sometimes will take time to fix it and you may hear your neighbors time to time)
